Registration
Registration will forward you to the University of Vienna-managed system to create an account where you can manage your payments. This is to ensure data protection and safety standards enforced by the University of Vienna.
Please note that this is a separate account from your Indico account. Your Indico account is for abstract submission and management.

Payments
Please note that if you fail to make the payment within the early bird window, your fee will automatically be adjusted to the next higher fee, and a new invoice will be issued.
The preferred method of payment is card payment upon registration. If you are unable to use your credit or debit card for the payment or prefer to pay later, please select the bank transfer option. If you are unable to pay through any of the provided options, please select the bank transfer option and contact us at icmf17@univie.ac.at and congress@univie.ac.at.
Cancellation insurance
To avoid inconvenience and unnecessary costs we recommend taking out a Congress Cancellation Insurance of the European Travel Insurance.
