Dr. Slavko Kralj (Ph.D., 2012) is a Research Associate at the Department of Materials Synthesis, Jožef Stefan Institute, and an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Ljubljana.
He has more than 18 years of experience in the synthesis and functionalization of magnetic nanoparticles and regularly publishes in high-impact scientific journals, including ACS Nano, Angewandte Chemie, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, and Nanoscale.
Dr. Kralj has co-authored more than 100 peer-reviewed international publications (h-index 37, Google Scholar) and has acted as principal investigator and coordinator of several national and international research projects, with a total funding volume exceeding €2.4 million.
In addition to his academic activities, he is co-founder of the nanotechnology company Nanos SCI, which develops and commercializes advanced magnetic nanoparticle solutions for research and industrial applications worldwide.
